Pros

FirstService Residential is able to hire the best of the best, and it's great to work with the top talent. They give you great training, and great tools that enable you to do the job efficiently.

Cons

Association management is a tough job to begin with, and FirstService will demand even more from you. Delivering excellent service is priority one, and sometimes that can make a tough job even tougher.

Pros

In the property I work at, my general manager and supervisor are awesome! They are always honest with the staff and we always feel appreciated.

Cons

The only con would have to be that you can't control who's on the HOA (obviously). And sometimes they aren't your favorite people.
