When it's laidback, it is chill. When it's stressful, it is STRESSFUL, Lots of downtime, especially the evening and graveyard shifts. Some of the residents are really nice, but some are also entitled

Management dictates the whole experience. The more chill they are, the better your life will be,

I have made some great friends there.

Cons

The work culture and atmosphere is absolutely atrocious. And with all these constant mergers - the managers remain overworked and underpaid. The turnover rate at this place should also be noted as big red flag.
