Pros

-Many of the support/heart of house team members are great people and are passionate about what they do. -Big company but small in the sense of the rental division which affords one the opportunity to opine/guide business operations decisions. -Great technology/software platform web to work with in NYC.

Cons

-Highest ranks of management were until recently full of dead wood, -NY region was its own fiefdom and disconnected for the most part from the larger corporate structure. -Very expensive family benefits/marginal at best cost-sharing coupled with a seeming resentment of paying people what they are worth from the outset and at each review.

Pros

Easy to obtain the job if experienced

Cons

You are a dot in the ocean of employees. They do not care about their employees, very little training, no support staff. No one returns calls or emails. They promise everything in the interview process but when it’s time to pay up, they don’t. I can go on and on.
