The work culture is good. People are very helpful, depending on what team you are on.

Timothy O'keefe is the worst person to work for. He went through 4 assistants in less than a year. All of which went to HR to ask for a transfer due to verbal abuse. HR took their time to make any changes.
If your goal is to advance your career within the field of property management, FSR provides an excellent work environment, fostering collaboration.
Cons
If you're looking to pursue a career outside of property management, FSR may not be the ideal workplace, as there are limited chances for professional advancement.
