Easy to get in if you can't find work. Frequent lunches, PTO.

Cons

Low-pay, expensive benefits,stressful work, bad management, high turnover rate, company is losing business and has bad reputation with many former clients & First Call.

Pros

It's a large company and there are lots of different properties. If you are looking for a relatively easy role, the position is not very demanding and most property managers seem to have low expectations.

Cons

The people they hire are often disappointing if you function in a supervisory role. The pay is alright for the job but it can be very difficult to manage people who are not professional nor invested in doing a good job.

Horrible work -personal life balance. That’s the biggest one beyond a shadow of a doubt. It’s also very cult-like and they all expect you to act accordingly. Just to be a yes man.
