The job may be the same wherever you go, but finding a company like FirstService Residential that truly cares about its associates makes all the difference. Leadership seeks feedback and takes action on it, which speaks volumes.

Cons

Nice place to work. The Residents are very nice.

Cons

Needs a larger concierge desk and a much larger package room area. Very small.

Pros

You start out with PTO time.

Cons

Insurance is expensive, no employer contribution. No help, no one to report superiors to. Your on your own. Keep your mouth shut if you want to keep your job. Regional manager is zero help and no accountability. Absolutely no bonus here.
