Incredibly nice coworkers. You mostly receive fast responses from everyone.

Cons

Direct supervisors can be a bit hands off due to being overworked.

Pros

If you get a good leader/market president you are in for a great experience. The market president for Nevada (Las Vegas, Reno) is phenomenal!!!!

Cons

Bad leadership ruins the experience and will hurt your career - not to mention your mental health. Micro managers and lack of organization in pockets of the company. Frustrating, annoying and expectations to work 24/7 holidays and weekends too. Some of the Directors and VPs have a sense of entitlement and treat partners/colleagues with an attitude and no cooperation. In particular

Pros

They have many open positions. Decent benefits, could be better 10 paid holidays

Cons

Management on all levels is afraid of the client/resident. They force you to use your vacation when you dont want to. No room for growing, you are going to be destined to be there forever. All the values that they claimed are fake. The HOA and needy resident run the property even when not ok ar againt the law.
