Cons

You can face favoritism or entitled staff. Just be their favorite. But it's not as easy as it sounds though.

Who would have thought property management was for me

Pros

After 7+ years in the advertising industry, I would have never guessed property management was the industry for me. Since joining FirstService, I have never felt more empowered and trusted to do my job. I love the collaboration I get with my team, and leadership is great as well.

Cons

I work for the corporate office, so I really can't think of any cons. I have the best team, and get a hybrid work schedule.
