Pros

Te Flexibility of the position was great, as long as you do your job there is no micro-management

Cons

There is a lot of miscommunication among different departments. There are unrealistic expectations on the staff and departments are stretched very thin. the turn over is great and they are more focused on saving a dollar rather then retaining talent.
