      Great values, amazing programs but terrible leaders

      The company has this be the difference seminar that’s amazing! They have daily short huddles to discuss company values, gives kudos and celebrate birthdays and anniversary. The company values really are great and I see so much potential.

      Cons

      Some of the people currently in the people leader positions are pushing great talent away.
