      You learn plenty, HOA is your enemy

      Pros

      The residents are very nice, understanding, and easygoing. You will meet people from all walks of life. Made some great friends there.

      Cons

      HOA’s WILL put money over your safety. Management is cliquey and will keep you in the dark about the smallest things to remind you of your place.

      THE TRAINING PROGRAM IS AMAZING!!!! Plus, everyone is so kind and very helpful. I have never felt more welcomed at a place of employment. This company is a 10/10, highly recommend.

      I have been here for 60 days and do not have any cons at this time.
