Pros

Nice location and co-workers are nice but stressed.

Cons

Managed by two people at the top who are controlling and small-minded. They huddle all the time and talk about people and not in a productive way but a nasty way that has nothing to do with business. The local leader is religious and definitely brings it to work pushing it on everyone.

Pros

Work from home once you have prove yourself or if the director likes you.

Cons

HIGH TURN OVER (It's like playing musical chairs) or having a glass floor underneath you and you aren't sure when the glass will crack. They are so use to this so they recruit and have people on standby once someone leaves..If you aren't liked or do something that the director doesn't like you then you mind as well quit because you then find yourself alone in a black hole catching fire until you can no longer take the fire. It starts by her first isolating you from everyone then catching an attitude when you need assistance.
