Pros

some of the co-workers are great. The pay was very good but I believe I was very much overpaid. You can set your own hours... sort of, and some work from home options.

Cons

They say one thing in the interview and omit other important things such as being "on-call". No training/onboarding program. If they don't like you they just terminate so there is constant staff turnover. Benefits are average at best. The dental sucks, health insurance e is expensive. Can't use sick days for vacation. 10 PTO days. There is so much work that no one can really take time off and if you do you are expected to check email daily. Absolutely no work-life balance. Some of the HOA boards are terrible mean people. Very corporate culture.

Pros

Flex Friday option is the ONLY perk at this location. Traffic around the area is horrible at all times.

Cons

Property Managers are over loaded with work constantly researching due to departments in ability to function like a normal property management department. A/R Department needs restructuring. Low paid wages for Portfolio Managers. Don't believe the misleading information they have on their website about how its a great place to work with opportunities for advancement. Management should lead by example.

Pros

It was close to home. They do offer some benefits for part time staff

Cons

This company will allow so much to happen and not try to fix anything. They allow managers to lie and not even do a full investigation when a employee files a complaint. Upper management is very one sided. This company does not know how to treat their employees and will keep those who should be let go. I HIGHLY ADVISE that people stay away from working with this company. They do not properly on board employees and if you do go with this company I advise that you constantly ask for your yearly review because I had to wait almost 2 years to get a salary increase and when it was time to get one I couldn't receive it because my manager did not properly on board me so I had to go through the necessary training before getting retro pay.
