Pros

The NYC office is in a great location. Bagel Wednesday's and summer hours.

Cons

Where do I start. Well the accounting department is a revolving door. No real leadership. The people in leadership roles often sit around and gossip about other employees. Promotions and advancement are given to those who are the favorites or most popular. If you are not a favorite no matter how many times you ask to be given an opportunity to prove yourself you will be ignored. Health insurance is expensive and pretty horrible. You have pretty high deductibles. You are not made to feel like a member of the team. People come and go like you are walking through a revolving door. No real training you are often told to figure it out and given major attitude if you ask question.

Pros

Was going to be flexible with scheduling.

Cons

They are very judgmental when comes to background checks. I have never been judged by people ever before in my life. This position was to watch people at a pool and to make sure everyone follows rules. I have clearance to work in very secure areas in multiple locations but was judged by a charge that I wasn't even found guilty of. Very disappointing!!

Friendly people, fun events and culture.

Cons

New program launches go terribly wrong. Roll-out of new programs hit the team and clients in the gut resulting in constant turnover. Training needs to be better from the beginning. Also raises and growth opportunities are few and far between.
