Pros

1. Easy money if you play your cards right because company is to big for anybody to really care or check things out to much. 2. Just kiss your bosses you know what for a promotion or raise. As long as you do whatever she tells you to do and keep your bosses worse secrets from the higher ups you will do fine. 3. Just don't forget that the boss can say anything she wants in your review and the higher ups will always believe her over you. You have to agree to it or you don't get a raise. 4. Good benefits.

2. Klick management style. 3. Group bullying of low level employees by management staff is common, especially new ones who don't know their way around. 3. Bullying by coworkers is allowed if they are in the klick. 4. Management ignores complaints or looks the other way when they notice bullying. 5. It is difficult to report illegal or bad behavior by boss w/o being fired. This is because management is protected by management so nobody looks bad or looks like they are not doing their jobs. 6. It is nearly impossible for a good hard working associate to get a promotion if his competition is "involved" with a member of the management team that makes the decision.

Pros

Great learning experience for first position out of college. Room to grow from AP/AR to FA position. Great group of employees in financial department.

Cons

Haven't gotten a raise after 2+ years of employment. Limited growth from FA position. Property management division doesn't receive proper training when it comes to financial responsibilities, rely too heavily financial department for basic tasks.

Cons

The bottom line is the primary focus so forget it if you need resources to do your job. The mantra is "do more with less." Benefits are outrageously expensive. The approach is to sell you on what a great company it is to work for, but after you get there, that's a whole different story.
