      Pros

      Executive leaders truly care about the clients and Associates. The company continually invests in infrastructure, and tools to provide team members the best resources to do their job. Excellent training and opportunities to be visible within the company and to add value to other areas of the organization.

      Cons

      Although compensation is competitive within the property management/HOA industry, it could be a more competitive to attract outsiders who have a great deal to offer the company and industry.

      The company offers Health benefits.

      Cons

      80+ hour work week, minimal admin assistance, zero work-life balance, low pay, supervisors who promote distrust amongst co-workers, supervisors who place blame on everyone else for their own shortcomings, supervisors who lack the ability to lead. The company values are great - but supervisors in my region do not value or promote them, instead they do the opposite. If I could give a negative rating here I would.
