      At least I have a job

      Promised an increase of salary to all employees since last year, this is a big property with 447 units, and the front desk will have 14 dollars base instead $ 12. I accepted the job because of that. We still waiting. People in the building gave us christmas bonuses in a small box and we still waiting for that too because management took it to divided between all the employees. No promises are kept

      Non shown after almost a year with company in control.

      Cons

      Worked diligently for a year to help merger with FristService . Was thanked by being docked hours when I was paid for the same hours (time off) the week before. Changed from salary to hourly. Not paid for time worked at home. Not paid for annual meetings hourly. Title taken away, demoted. Not sufficient raises. HR does not understand there platforms and withdrew time off accrued.

      Good people to work with. Former company was close to train station.

      Cons

      Employees are hard working but not highly educated. Play is poor but good place to gain some skill. High turnover company.
