decent pay, good benefits, great work/social life balance

Cons

not much opportunity to grow. will not help you much if your residential building fires the company.

Pros

Residents are great, I made good friends and connections. Decent benefits. Management is flexible to your schedule.

Cons

Management and HOA are NOT your friend and will work you to the bone for low pay and no incentives or reward. Management is very cliquey.
