- Toxic culture characterized by finger pointing and blaming others for faults. - Very low pay and high volumes of work. - Favoritism runs rampant. - Cost cutting mentality with no perks.

Pros

I loved my job, the residents and my workers were really nice and friendly. You get benefits and they make staff “apparition” lunches. Learned a lot of new skills.

Cons

- Was fired without reason - HR - was not helpful - Still waiting on a recommendation letter that I was promised to help me get another job. - Difficult to contact HR or property management - vary manipulative - cleaning products and a place to put them where not available. IF delivered , product orders are often incomplete or very late often had to pay out of my pocket... and it took really long to get reimbursed. - no staff room - washer and dry placed inside a mans washroom. - made employees work in uncomfortable settings.
