The have a lot of locations and departments so there are opportunities to try different things.

Cons

The culture is about as bad as it gets. This company promotes "problems" to shift them from one team to another. They survey the employees annually and then use the data to paint the picture that they want while the reality is most employees are too afraid to be honest for fear of retaliation since they all know anonymous surveys are not anonymous. Don't believe me? Watch for turnover in mid-March after bonus payout. People can't stand it, but they make sure to cash out on their annual bonus before moving on. Long story short, they don't care about you and your goals so never forget that you're just a cog in the wheel.
