Frequent change of employees and turnover of SM; horrible too management team and too much workloads put on staff; no improvement no job satisfaction; company isn’t growing in the right direction because of bad leadership

Pros

On the plus side there are a lots of openings and opportunity to learn. FSR has big accounting team to support each other. Health and Dental benefits are great.

Cons

High turnover, which is linked to the high number of openings in the pros. Salary is not that high, and there are limited room to climb up the corporate ladder.
