They are listeners. They try as much as they can to take care of any lingering issues.

Cons

As much as they do their best to help, there is little to no room for growth.

Pros

Most of the fellow cleaners and security staff are good people; and honest workers

Cons

Low pay which is often shorted, the cleaners are treated like second class citizens (not invited to staff events), have to deal with angry residents because the company refuses to do any repairs, scheduling is all over the place, called in on scheduled days off, have to work holidays due to an exemption in the labor code
