      The residents are great and the software used for security and reporting is good.

      Cons

      I have been working for over a year and have not had a review or a raise.

      Salary is decent. Job security depends on Union which not all under.

      Management is always changing which leaves lower level employees pushed aside.

      Pros

      Dynamic work environment with opportunities to diversify. The new leadership made it very exciting as they were working to really grow the business and establish a strong corporate culture. The diverse geographic distribution of the business made for a good variation of ideas and practices. Working in the corp headquarters offered strong growth potential into property management or other areas such as direct customer service in the call centers etc.

      Cons

      Still a lot work to be done to bring all the acquired business into the FSR way of working.
