      Pros

      The team and culture in general is amazing. The president is great .

      Cons

      They do not adhere to the company's values they promote . They do not have open door policies contrary to what they claim . They do not listen to employees' concerns. The top management is out of the reach and does not care about employee's dignity . Money matters all the time and supersedes other ethical values when they deal with employees.
