      Pros

      tight group all going through the same stress, nice new office, highest pay in the industry due to profit sharing, team environment between departments but they mainly keep to their own departments

      Cons

      admin/accounting staff doesn't like the difference in wage between managers although the stress level and responsibility and hours are much higher. Competence is affected by who you are trained by, Constant change (procedures, process, programs) within the work environment to the point where it is exhausting, can be fun but is always stressful. Some departures of employees are announced others just "disapear" causing an ongoing rumormill.

      work colleagues are friendly and supportive , strong admin support, nice location to work from

      Cons

      managment weak and unsupportive management talks negatively about people you work with behind closed doors - old boys club style. when they receive negative reviews online, they ask management to counter by posting positive comments
