Very “top-down” approach: associate-level employees don’t matter and are forced to work long hours with substandard pay. It doesn’t matter whether you are in an office job or a sited role, they don’t care about you. As someone mentioned in an earlier review, you are there to make them money.
There are few if any opportunities for advancement. The only way to advance is to leave the position.
Management makes decisions without consulting their employees or seeking their feedback. There is a high turnover rate so be prepared to be saddled with more work than you are able to cope with.
A lot of your happiness depends on office politics and your ability to make friends with the right people in management. Management definitely plays favourites.
