Pros

I gained a lot of experience in the field that I am in now. I connected with some great people.

Cons

This company is terrible to work for. They do not care about their employees, and don't value their employees its all about gaining a new client. You can't have new clients with out having a great staff. Overworked and Underpaid is a BIG issue!!!

Cons

Too top heavy, lack of creativity/vision, bonuses only for managers and boring/unimaginative employee games.
