Pros

Supportive team, hands off management that encourages staff to advance, HR works hard to foster positive office atmosphere, flexible work hours as long as the job is getting done, lovely office Uptown.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive. Job entails a great deal of driving. One admin assistant for the entire managerial team means that managers have spend a lot of time on basic tasks like filing and data entry. Managers also have to conduct their own compliance drives, which takes us out of the office for several hours.

Pros

I liked most of the people that I worked with. The company offers flex Fridays which came in handy.

Cons

Too much work for the pay! Unorganized and management made decisions quickly and irrationally.
