Can't think of much other than location

Cons

Working for a director that is clueless, position eliminated but I performed better than coworkers. First call meetings everyday are worthless

Steady employment without much interference from corporate office. My specific property was very good and the overall experience was extremely positive due to location and our team.

Cons

Little to no support from corporate office, little opportunity to develop outside of seeking advancement at specific location independent of corporate; expensive benefits
