Pros

The employees are wonderful, dedicated, sincere and they care about each other. The employees are hard working people that work be on their work load.

Cons

The new team in Dania only thinks about profit and profit and more profit this is a service industry and the hard working employees are not appreciated. The holiday party has been schedule for January or possible Feb.. ??? because that way they can save more money!!! the benefits are less and less and the pay stagnates.
