The culture of this place, their leaders, the associates, the comradery, the facilities, the customer service we aim to deliver with every interaction, all adds up to a great place to work.

Cons

Being a leader on the industry and managing around 1,800 communities, the workload per associate is high.

A day at FirstService starts with walking in and associates smiling at you and saying good morning - what a wonderful way to start your workday! In the time I have been with FirstService, so many associates have taken the time to meet with me and share their role and function at FirstService which has helped me learn the business and the important role we have with our associates and our residents. FirstService cares about our residents and is constantly evolving to meet current needs and expectations. If you are looking for a company that has an incredible culture, room for growth, and a company that truly cares, FirstService is that company.
