      Culture and upper management support. HR have the best interests of the people. Business opportunities. Create my own schedule. Working with people. Learn through experience.

      Pros

      Great support system from head office. My direct manager is professional, flexible, and includes me in the decision making process. I feel valued and encouraged to grow within the job I hold and the company.

      Cons

      Always could use more money but money is not everything. If given the opportunity to move to different company with higher wages I would have to seriously look at the culture of the company. Measuring it against FSR.

      Nice company but certain managers can be really unprofessional

      Work depends upon the property you manage, small properties less work large properties crazy work.

      Cons

      Employees are not made to feel valued.
