Pros

The Team culture at FirstService was good.

Cons

Work Overload and sometimes board of directors of the buildings would be given too much free reign on decisions even if they were wrong. Fill in managers should truly fill in and not just sit around and let voicemails or emails pour in.

Proactive and very client focused. If you love challenges and want to learn best in industry practices this is the place. Very supportive teams and laser focused executives. This is a company for growth mindset people, It is growing company so opportunities are there for the performers.

Work load high but manageable.
