Pros

The co workers are great. Everyone gets along, friendly and fosters a team environment. Even in open office there is respect among team members.

Cons

Senior management do not even say good morning even though they push " Global Service" they treat associates terribly and think they do a great job. Pay is well below industry. In open offices management watches every move and fosters fear.

Great training. Decent salaries compared to competitors. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Became very corporate. If you are not slated to be fast tracked your not going anywhere. Benefits use to be great, but are no longer.
