      Opportunities for advancement are possible.

      Cons

      Rules and regulations regarding time off are tricky so make sure you read the fine print. The directors are horrible and do not lead by example.

      They pay for monthly parking if going in and out of the office is required for your role.

      Cons

      Inexperienced upper management who advise based on opinions, not facts. Shady executive team who will never give clients or employees the real story. Everything is spun. High turnover in properties and staff Inability to admit when they are wrong. Morale nonexistent

      Pros

      Unfortunately, there are no pros to working at this company other than perhaps the neighborhood in which the office is located.

      Cons

      Unethical management, inexperienced leaders, extremely low morale, poor compensation system, highly unprofessional, and most likely to go out of business within the next two to three years max.
