Its a growing company and will see a lot of opportunity for those on the inside.

Cons

High turnover there. Lot of internal politics which makes for negative environment.

Pros

Nice residents to work with. Support from community when you do a good job for them. Good on site staff that work as a team to achieve the goals.

Cons

No supervision from Executive Directors to On Site Community Staff. Hard work is never recognized. Very poor Leadership in the company. No help with controlling resident board who feel they can treat staff with disrespect and bullying.
