Not bad, but not great

Pros

Most of the people are nice, you get day after thanksgiving off, and day after Christmas

Cons

People are stuck in their ways. No structure, benefits are not great. Raises are once a year but less than a dollar. Too much more to name

Pros

Department Management team cares about their people. Good benefit package, fair pay. Paid Banking holidays. WFH options after 6 months.

Cons

Rotating Saturdays are requirement - about once every 4 weeks. Scheduling for current month only, future months schedules are completed the last week (sometimes last day) of previous month.
