Best Company I Have Ever Worked For!!!!

I have to say that Firstmark Credit Union is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. From the HR team to the Executive teams the company is so very transparent with everything that is going on. This organization prides itself on striving for excellence not only to their membership but to all their employees. If you are looking to be a part of a culture that is happy, humble. honest, helpful, hungry to learn and where your skills and talents will shine then you are welcome to come on over! The people are absolutely amazing and always willing to assist when called upon. Firstmark is constantly improving its tools to provide employees the best possible communication and service.

Cons

I would say that a downfall is that Firstmark Credit Union is rapidly growing and evolving that training is doing the best it can to keep up with the rapid growth. All departments have jumped on board to assist with any help needed to fill in gaps that are needed to continue the training. Truly a great team coming together to maintain excellence.

Pros

Only good thing about this company is the people who work in HR training. They make it so enjoyable. That’s the only thing I can say that make it worth the drive.

Cons

No work life balance, seems you must kiss up to managers to move up or even to get to enjoy certain privileges. Compensation is not worth it and neither is the drive.
