Pros

Some areas are ok to work in, it just depends. Benefits are decent for the most part. If you are starting out in the banking scene this would probably be a good stepping stone job to gain some experience.

Cons

Upper management is stuck in a mom and pop mindset. Do not expect any real advancement opportunities as the management would prefer to hirer from the outside. There is also a lack of uniformity across the company, some areas play by one set of rules while others do not.

Pros

Great coworkers make the environment bearable

Cons

The cross-selling is just ridiculous; it's one thing to offer products to your members, but to threaten employees with termination if they don't meet goals that are unattainable in the first place is just not how you do business.
