I do not know where to begin. It has been an awesome whirlwind experience for Culture, Culture, Culture!!!!!! The onboarding experience has been incredible. Sitting in the car on my first day waiting to enter the office, I was nervous. All that nervousness left as soon as the doors opened. I have been welcomed with an environment of positive individuals and amazing senior executive staff. With stress out of the way, I am afforded the time to focus on real issues and do what I was hired to do.

Cons

None, a caveat: I am only speaking about my particular position and do not know how others think about their situations. All I can say is to speak up if you have concerns and I am confident they will be addressed.

Schedule flexibility. Nice customers. Room for growth.

Cons

No sick time it is per managers discretion. No grace period for late arrivals/late clock ins.
