Pros

Benefits package. Not much else.

Cons

Low pay, no advancement opportunities, poor quality coworkers, no concern for work-life balance. I could go on and on.

Pros

Easy to get hired on

Cons

You will start at an hourly rate of 11 or 12 per hour for training and then they will take away your hourly and only pay you a low per claim rate.
