      Great office & great incentives - poor salary and lazy management

      Pros

      - Very diverse and multicultural environment - Good individual incentives and rewards (Discounts, electronics, vouchers etc..) - Lovely team rewards (e.g. Ice cream days, free giveways, snacks etc.) - Great office building and professional staff - Great annual leave structure and support - it's fairly hassle free to get time off when needed for holidays and appointments

      Cons

      - Basic low salary and poor commission - No overtime available - Work/life balance (very clustered and unbalanced rota - you could work all weekend and still work the following monday-friday. Just 1 day off out of 7) - Lazy and Patronising team leaders who sometimes have little knowledge of the role - Unstable fortnightly pay dates (difficult to set up any direct debits for household bills) - Mentally draining. Limited progression opportunities - Lack of consistency from management
