You could make a lot of money if you steal from your coworkers or if it didn’t take more than a year to build houses.

Cons

-Very sketchy group -building quality complaints from every customer -special treatment for certain salespeople -no weekends off ever -zero training because they desperately need people -everyone who’s transferred here internally has left the company -we charge significantly more than competitors and take 2 times longer to build -construction companies in St. Louis refuse to build our “quality” homes

The pay was acceptable and consistent, CEO genuinely cares.

Cons

Toxic culture, bullying by management, retaliation for speaking up, unrealistic expectations, blame game, corporate is disconnected from the divisions and the divisions consistently hide the "truth" of what is taking place. Distrust of management, expensive health coverage, excessive hours.

Not really much good here.

Cons

Too many to put here. The sales management is so toxic. They harass you and threaten to fire you constantly. Threatening on a regular basis. No support ever. Can’t ever use vacation time. Unrealistic goals. Running out of land to sell. It’s just a struggle in general
