      Pros

      Offers a data rich environment, a focus on operational improvement, direct interaction with senior leadership, and staunch support from John Cann and Greg Fischer. Fischer Homes provides an excellent opportunity to build an IT project management skill set.

      Cons

      The implementation of new methods and project approval may trend away from evaluated ROI. Several seniors leaders favor preference over a more modern method of propose, pilot project, and assess based upon measured financial impacts. Opinions need validation, not just hearsay.

      Not a professional software company

      A really good homebuilder company. But home building requires software these days and this is where its lacking.

      Do not work here if you want to further your career as a Software Engineer
