Pros

You learn a lot overall has good people bonuses are very nice if company does well

Cons

My specific manger was awful. Micromanages and then blames you for her mistakes. A lot of the managers talk very bad about other employees and think people dont talk to each other about it. Its hurtful environment.

Work Hard Play Hard

Pros

Bonus structures are detailed, robust, and well thought out. They take their time filling critical roles, and while it can be frustrating if your work depends on that role being staffed, it ensures they hire the right fit. There is quite a bit of growth potential there.

Cons

If you're taking a salary position, you will not keep up if you don't allocate AT LEAST 50 hours a week to the job. While I like how the bonus structures are designed, the targets are not always aligned with what's actually possible due to supply chain, labor, and market fluctuations. This can be very discouraging. There's a labor shortage, and this means you will be working up, down, and across, doing more than most can do reasonably well. But you'll be expected to perform. While I mentioned growth opportunities in "pros", be aware that there is core group of senior level gate keepers. You won't know you've displeased any one of them until it's too late. One comment, question, or remark they don't like and you're never moving up.
