      The training for new sales associates is world class. I went from knowing nothing about sales to having more knowledge and resources than I could have imagined.

      Run!!!! This place is a nightmare

      Limited on this response, the environment is toxic.

      Cons

      Upper management destroys this company. Division president stated in a meeting where they were discussing the additional work load because so many people are leaving, “I am tired of hearing about your work life balance. Get the jobs done.”
