This is an incredible company, with a great culture, and is made up of talented, hardworking, and driven people. The sales training is amazing and continues well past the initial on boarding. I feel challenged, encouraged, and supported. The homes are beautiful and the commitment to the customer is unmatched. If you are willing to work hard, you'll be rewarded!

Cons

Currently working to continue to improve on the technical side. Some hiccups in the release of new programs.

Great management Solid Product Beautiful Homes Not a bad place to start, but in sales this is a stepping stone company.

Cons

22 sells counselors selling 300 homes a year. Other companies MI (20 doing 600) Rockford (9 doing 300) Fischer Homes hires to many counselors, this floods the sales floor and makes us earn about half of what our bigger competitors earn
