Talented employee pool. Relaxed work environment. Growing company. Members of executive management are great leaders and highly knowledgeable.

Cons

HQ location is convenient from northern KY and the southern half of Cincinnati. It might be more convenient for employees if HQ was on the Ohio side of river. Overall, great company to work for, and pros highly outweigh potential areas of improvement.
