Excellent culture- employee feedback is regularly collected and used to provide enhanced associate based rewards and incentives; very competitive comp- uncapped for sales; close knit feel- the company cares about it’s associates like we’re family; so many opportunities to grow & be promoted! FH is regularly posting new opportunities as the company grows- lots of internal promotions. Best training program for sales out there.
