Pros

Quality homes you are proud to sell. Excellent teammates. Ongoing training. Great management team. I love working with Christy Dorsey and Ann Kresky, our sales managers. There is a family atmosphere and most team members will help you out. I have found our management team really listens to the sales counselors and makes changes accordingly.

Cons

Working all weekends, but I knew that going into the job.
